We at 180° strive to provide quality products at low, competitive prices. We are located in Charleston, South Carolina, just minutes away from Charleston Southern University and the College of Charleston.
POLICIES
We reserve the right to change our policies and our prices without notice. The use of this site signifies that you understand and agree with its policies.
SHIPPING
While we try our best to ship your order in a timely manner, please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order, and at least 2-4 weeks for delivery on all orders. Jacket orders may take longer to make, especially detailed work, so please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. Most orders will not take that long to ship. However, an item may go out of stock without us knowing, causing a delay in shipping time. We hand-craft all items labeled "180° Exclusive," therefore they may also take slightly longer to ship. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
You will be contacted about large orders in order to establish and estimated shipping time. You will also be contacted if you select rush shipping for an item that is out of stock.
We ship our merchandise through UPS and the US Postal Service. We will use our discretion and choose the carrier that can deliver your product the quickest.

All Greek-lettered items are intended for members of the respective organizations. We do not advocate the use of these items by non-Greeks.
180° is in no way affiliated with any of the Greek-letter organizations featured on this site. All letters, crests, shields, and insignia are the sole property of each respective organization. We do our best to uphold the integrity of each organization featured.
Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges - To receive a full refund, all orders must be cancelled within the first 2 business days after the order is placed. After this point, a 40% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
We will accept a return if an error is made by our company. If you have any problems or concerns about an order after it has been received, please contact us within 3 business days. After 3 business days, we will not accept any returns. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping, and will not issue a refund for these items.
Customized Items - All orders for customized items featured on this site are non-refundable, unless an error is made by 180°. This includes all products labeled "180° Exclusive." If you have any problems or concerns about a custom order after it has been received, please contact us within 3 business days.
